Dirty Chai

Chai-infused oatmilk gelato, but make it dirty.

We slow-steep our house-blend of warming & comforting spices (incl. raw ginger, cardammon pods, cinnamon, coriander seeds and others) over black Assam tea & oatmilk to extract the aromatics, before churning them into silky, creamy oatmilk gelato. 

Now, we could have poured a shot of espresso, mixed it in and called it dirty chai - but that would have been too... low effort, wouldn't it?

Enter the espresso cookies. 

We bake them, crumble them, and fold them into the chai oatmilk gelato base - to create an intense burst of dark, bitter & slightly salty espresso cookie hit, breaking the chai monotone (well, not that it was ever monotonous begin with).
