Genmaicha, or brown rice tea, is a Japanese blend of green tea and roasted brown rice, offering a nutty flavor that combines the fresh grassiness of green tea with warm, toasty notes.

Our Genmaicha oat milk ice cream blends Genmaicha with a hint of Uji Matcha for a richer tea flavor, creating an intense aroma of toasty rice crackers with a subtle umami finish.
