Spiced Pumpkin Rice Pudding (gelato)

our fav szn of the year has arrived. 🎃🍂🌾

one of our regulars casually mentioned about arroz con leche (rice pudding) a while ago, and we couldn’t stop thinking about it (and fwiw, we rly like the riz au lait in France, even braving our lactose-intolerant tummies for it). so when we heard about it, we knew we’d to try to make that into a seasonal flavor.

but the traditional arroz con leche is rather… plain vanilla (pun intended), so this time, we churn it into an rice pudding oatmilk gelato & macerate it tgt w a spiced pumpkin gelato to stay in theme w our fav szn of the year! 🍂

it’s our personal fav flavor rn!! spiced, fresh tasting, and comes with surprise bits of Arborio rice bit as you chew it.
